Qigong also called Chi Kung is a technique used in traditional Chinese Medicine for maintaining and improving health.

Qigong contains very delicate and slow movements that allow to relax the nervous system. Through these movements the extremities are stretched and carried out in a systematic manner.

The breathing in Qigong is fundamental to carry out this practice. Breathing relaxes the body and improves our mental and physical state .
