Learnex, English Forever ¡Aprende Inglés para Siempre!

Getting out of our comfort zone might be scary but just out of that zone we can find important life lessons. It’s normal to be afraid when we face the unknown but after we overcome that fear we’ll not only learn but inevitably grow. Here are some ways to help you make that leap of faith.

You must be aware of the limits of your comfort zone. If you don’t dare to try out new things you won’t open your horizons and discover amazing things about yourself, like personality traits or activities we love doing. To keep track of your results, you can set goals that are attainable.

You must consider that if you start a new activity, you won’t be perfect at the beginning. You just have to keep practicing and never give up. Start setting goals from your experience level and move from there. If you go step by step, you’ll certainly reach anything you set for yourself.

A good way to discover is letting your curiosity go free. If you always wanted to practice a sport or a foreign language, do it! And see what those incredible experiences take you.
