Creating healthy habits during this moment of lockdown might sound easy but it sometimes feels hard to do. Gyms are closed and fast food is just one click away. Social distancing can cause anxiety, and eating healthy is the last thing that would satisfy anxiety; on the contrary anxiety can make us crave sweets and greasy foods.
Saying all this might make you think “so…everything is lost? I’m going to gain 5kg this quarantine and there’s nothing I can do about it?” NO, you just need to take a disciplinary approach.
There is nothing wrong with eating dessert or even your favorite fast food once in a while but try to follow an eating plan. Eat at regular hours and eat the right amount to feel satisfied, but most importantly, make sure you are eating healthy.
Eating healthy will not only keep your body in good shape, but it will also help you fight anxiety. Taking care of yourself should always be a habit we never miss.
